30 Days Fitness Challenge - Day 2 and Day 3

After 1st day as stretching day, 2nd day was bit hard.

Since day3 was a Sunday(holiday), I intentionally took day2 as a tough day.

1) 1 round running (1km)
2) 1 round walking (1km)
3) Stepping exercise (15min * 4)
4) 4 rounds 50 meters sprint
5) Leg Stretching
6) Abs exercise

Now I am going to rest for 1 day tomorrow since it is Sunday!!!
