Though day 3 was a holiday, my body is still paining and not ready for the day 4 exercise.
But there is no other option. No pain!!!
1) 1 round running (1km)
2) 1 round walking (1km)
3) Stepping exercise (15min * 4)
4) 4 sprints (100 Meters)
7) 10 Push ups (*2)
6) Abs exercise
I am not sure now i am able to go to office or not.
