30 Days Fitness Challenge - Day 5
Since I have started exercises related to Abs, they are paining like anything.
But I have to bear it. No Pain!!!
1) 1 round running (1km)
2) 1 round walking (1km)
3) Stepping exercise (15min * 4)
4) 4 sprints (100 Meters)
5) Stretching
6)
