5) Cross-Leg/Wide Leg Sit-ups. Sit down Indian-style.
6) Fifer Scissors.
7) Hip Rock and Raise.
8) Pulse UPS
9) V-Up/Roll-Up
10) Oblique V-Ups
11) Leg Climbs
12) Mason Twist
